Based on the facts that come to the knowledge in the course of its work, the Commission may give any suggestion to the concerned office, official or public institution as follows:
(a) If the Commission feels that any law, decision, order or action is impractical, inadvisable or inconsistent, it should be amended, to suggest the amendment along with reasons,
(b) If the Commission finds that vigilance should be taken or action should be taken by the Government of Nepal or any public institution or any office or officer of the Government of Nepal or any public institution, to suggest what kind of vigilance or action should be taken, or
(c) If the Commission feels that any procedure or working system of the Government of Nepal or any public institution is flawed, to correct it and to give suggestions with reason and basis to solve the problem arising from it.
(2) The details of the suggestions given under sub-section (1) should also be included in the annual report by the Commission.
